How to deal with stress

How do you fight stress? Read this article from a magazine. Do you agree?
A doctor writes………
‘If you are under a lot of stress, look at your life and do something about it!
1. Under stress, people often smoke, drink or eat more than usual. Think about your diet. Cut down the number of cigarettes you smoke and don’t drink too much.
2. How much tea and coffee are you drinking? Tea and coffee have caffeine in them, and too much caffeine causes headaches and nervousness.
3. Make sure you get fresh air and exercise. Stress makes you tied but your body has to have exercise.
4. Sometimes it’s good to laugh, and it’s also good to cry sometimes. Laugh and tears are good for fighting stress.
5. Learn to relax – e.g. sit or lie quietly and breathe deeply – and do it every day. Ten minutes twice a day can make a big difference.
6. Look for something to do which will cause good stress. Change your job. Do an evening class. Get a new hobby. Learn another language.

. Don’t leave anything to the last minute
· Don’t try to do too many things
. Remember –everyone has some stress
